Practice Pal for iOS

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Practice Pal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Practice Pal is an educational app that helps parents practice reading, math, and spelling with their K-5 children in short sessions. The App is designed for use by parents and guardians, not directly by children.

Subscriptions and Payments

Practice Pal offers a free tier and optional premium access:

• Free tier — 1 exercise per day across all subjects
• Premium Monthly — $1.99/month, auto-renewable subscription providing unlimited exercises
• Premium Lifetime — $4.99 one-time purchase providing unlimited exercises permanently

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

The monthly subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of $1.99/month.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Practice Pal does not directly collect or store any payment information.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including reading passages, math problems, spelling lists, parent guides, and interface design — is owned by LucidBox LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purpose. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or data
• Redistribute the App's content outside of the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Educational content is provided as supplementary material and is not a substitute for formal instruction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LucidBox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your information.
